This Girl has now hung up her showing paws and remains the matriach here at Jancintine. She is the inspiration that we use to inspire us with our present and future breeding programme. Now desexed and happy just to mull around at home - Mardi still rules the roost, however her autobiography of achievements given below is one that I'm sure al will be amazed at.
Born in Brisbane, Queensland on the 29/9/99 this picturesque girl has been our most successful campaign to date. This girl has excelled herself in 4 states throughout Australia as well as in New Zealand. Although owned by Jancintine Kennels - Mardi’s success has also been attributed to by her breeder “Mrs Robyn Hyman from Queensland” and handlers “Kate Dean of Queensland” as well as “Alec Newton and Karl Estreich of New Zealand - Follyfoot Beagles”. Having achieved Best In Show / Reserve In Show / Multi Best In Group Wins at All Breeds Championship Level and Multi Best In Show Specialty wins her quality speaks for itself - These are some major triumphs of her career as listed below:

Inclusive to the above awards that Mardi has obtained she has received 18 Best In Group awards in total throughout both Australia and New Zealand (Many awarded by Beagle Specialist Judges) as well as gaining 1891 challenge points to date. Now in 2008 and almost 9 years of age Mardi is now a major contender at Veteran Sweepstakes as her quality is still superior in the show ring.
To top this all off - Mardi had her first and only litter in December of 2004 to Australian Ch Jansline Milord Zeus. A top quality Tan & White boy that has had just as an illustrious show career as Mardi. From this litter we had 3 promising puppies hit the show ring, All three progeny have had major successes so far, with all of them gaining championships or close to it. We look forward to watching these progeny develop and hope that they show signs of having prestigous show careers that both of their parents have exhibited.
